For my card, I stamped the fun cowgirl image from DRS Designs and colored her with copics. I then created a starry night using distress inks and a white gel pen.
The card was finished with the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

What a fun image! The blended sky is gorgeous. I have a white gel pen but it is sometimes finicky and won't work. Looks like yours worked beautifully!
