Snowman

This snowman from Sweet N Sassy is such a happy snowman. I am working on getting caught up on Christmas cards. I like to create them year round so that I am ready to mail come the holiday season. That way when December gets here I usually only have a few to create. Well I am way behind already this year with my recent move so having the 42 challenges for Dare to Get Dirty on SCS (Splitcoast Stampers) was a great way to sneak in a few fun Christmas cards.

Copics used: C2, C4, C7, N9, E11, E13, E15, R24, R29, YR14, YR23, G07, G14 and B32

If the Shoe Fits

I just love shoes and if this were a real shoe it just might be in my collection. Going through my grandma's stash of craft supplies I came across this orange ribbon (100 yards of it). When creating this card putting orange, purple and green together was perfect for a Halloween themed card and that ribbon was perfect because it has a netting similar to the fun shoe.

These Boots Are Made For...

I am one of the volunteer team members of the super fun challenge on Thursdays at Splitcoast Stampers. Today we are adding pairs of something on our cards. Now is anyone shocked I did shoes? Giggles!!! I really love how this card turned out and if I saw these boots in a store I might just have to buy them. :)

Copics Used: C1, E13, E35, E37 and E51.

We hope you come join the fun on our challenge!

It's Your Day!

When I first learned of Tiddly Inks it was this image that caught my eye. It would be a while before I could get a few images as I was in the process of moving but then I hosted a challenge on Splitcoast Stampers for Weddings and Anniversaries and I just had to use this image. So off to Tiddly Inks I went to grab this image (and a few more that I love) to create this card.

I am submitting this for the Tiddly Inks DT.

Wine and Duct Tape

Wine is to women...What...Duct tape is to men.

Working with some of my favorite stamps from Heartfelt Creations, I made this darling card.

I stamped the image from the Heartfelt Creations Italian Riviera Collection and colored with Copics and added some highlights with a white gel pen. Then it was die cut out of an oval die and then a spellbinders decorative oval frame. The top of the card the sentiment I printed off after typing it up with a word document. The reason for the sentiment is I used a piece of duct tape on the bottom. Yep, that's right, I used a piece of black duct tape and ran it through a striped emboss folder.  It is always fun playing with other items in my crafting to see what I can do with them.

The flowers and leaves are also from Heartfelt Creations from the Birds and Blooms set.  I sponged on the light purple and then added some dark purple accents and finished off with some fun stickles and pearls in the centers.

The silver ribbon is from my stash.

Thank you for stopping by for some fun inspiration.
