I colored it up with copics then die cut several clouds and arranged them along the edge on dimensionals. I added the sentiment and a few gems from my tote.

Awe, what a sweet card. I love your cute owl, but the image that takes the cake is that ADORABLE turtle. His smile just makes ME smile all over my face, he looks so happy.
