For my card, I used a trumpet die cut and cut it out of gold mirror paper. I then added the gorgeous music paper layering it on more gold mirror paper and added the burlap and diamond papers.
The card wat then finished with a few music note stickers and the birthday sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Wow, what a stunning musical themed card! I love the gold foil background music score along with your cut musical elements over it! The burlap gives it a nice texture too!
