My niece needed a car birthday card and today's challenge is perfect for the card.
I die cut the pieces using spellbinders die cuts, layered, added some dimensionals and then sponged in the clouds. Finished with the bakers twine added to the balloons.
such a cute design for your niece, this would be great for a new driver on their birthday
