Beer Birthday

CAS800 - Recycle / Repurpose

For my card, my husband gave me a beer box that had this great wizard on it. I just had to use if on a card. I cut off the beer name and fussy cut around the image. I then popped it up on a black card base and heat embossed the sentiment.

Repurposing items is always fun for me because I always have something that I see that really makes for fun cards and just can't imagine tossing them. This beer box was one such item.

Thinking of You Butterflies

WT1006 - 2 of something or mirror image

For my card, I die cut this great butterfly from Spellbinders twice. To get the mirror of the die cut, I put the second one back on my die cut machine to smooth it out so I could use the reverse of the die cut.

I stitched it with some of the floss that is on the back of my craft chairs that I am trying to use up and layered it on this great textured cardstock.

The card was finished with several dew drops and the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Stitched Birthday

IC967 - Carla Bank Art and Pinterest - INSPIRATION

For my card, I pulled out this Spellbinders die cut and used more of the floss that is being stored on the back of my craft chair. I am trying to use up this floss as it does not store well with my other floss.

Once the stitching was done, I layered the card front on a coordinating orange and then punched out the label and added the birthday sentiment.
