Peacock Birthday

F4A631 - Bird

MAR22VSNA - Bumpy; add texture through stencils and embossing paste

USEIT2022 - Peacock

This background was created using a stencil and glass bead gel paste. First, the stencil was colored with the blue then the paste was added.

I then used this peacock from my tote of items and popped it up on dimensionals adding several gems and finishing with the birthday sentiment also on dimensionals..

Sewing Birthday

WT889 - Doodling

USEIT2022 - Butterfly & Patch

I am still working my way through a tote of items to use up. This patch was perfect for creating a quick birthday card for someone who likes sewing.

I cut the layers, hot glued the patch and added some doodling around the birthday strip. The card was finished with this butterfly also from the tote.

SC898 - This week's Sketch

This sketch is perfect to use a couple of smaller images from a designer paper with dogs for my donation. I cut the layers, die cut the sentiment and glued down.

Thinking of You

MMTPT713 - Glass Float Project

For my card base I sponged distress Oxides using a shell stencil. Once the base was created, I stamped the sentiment and added the punched dog on dimensionals.

Easter Chick

CAS682 - Yellow as primary color

I just had to use this cute little chick. It is so fun to color.

For the card front I stamped inside of an emboss folder and used that as my stamp to create the chicken wire.

Next, I stamped the sentiment and chick and colored the chick with copics. I then die cut the openings and popped the front panel up on dimensionals.

FS789 - Today's incredibly talented Featured Stamper Katchoo1 also known as Colleen. What a wonderful gallery. I found this INSPIRATION.

I have been trying to use up a bunch of my smaller designer paper scraps and Colleen's card was perfect inspiration. Rather than doing the technique I left my scraps a bit larger but still created panels with the scraps. I added some ribbon and die cut a couple of fish.

I finished with the thank you sentiment as my niece asked for a few thank you cards.

USEIT2022 - Butterfly

I am still trying to use up a bunch of butterflies from my tote and today's challenge is perfect to use this butterfly.

I cut the layers, stamped the sentiment, added the butterfly sticker and finished with some nuvo drops.
