CC902 - This weeks color challenge on splitcoaststampers.com Poppy Parade, Crushed Curry, Pool Party

Great colors for a fun fireman birthday card. I sponged the sky color then die cut the frame. Die cut the firetruck and the birthday sentiment and assembled the fire truck from Rubberkneckers.

For the flames I started at the bottom using the Honeybee flame stencil and I added a bit of grey to the bottom layer to give it a bit more depth. Once the layers were done I glued down the sentiment, truck and fire hydrant.

USEIT2022 - Bird Stickers

I am still playing in my scraps and for this card I used a small rectangle die cut to cut down some blue designer papers. I finished with some ribbon, the sentiment and a couple of sticker bird embellishments.

CAS696 - Keep it small - 3”x3” card or smaller

I created a cute little 3 x 3 folded tag. I die cut the rose then stamped the birthday sentiment and cut out a tag. Layered and finished with a few gems and punched the corner to add ribbon. This entire tag was made using scraps.

USEIT2022 - Disney Stickers

I need to use up a bunch of Disney stickers in my tote and this card was great inspiration.

I used similar colors and created my own layout adding the stickers to a couple of layers.

F4A644 - Feeling Fishy

I am still trying to use up some of this already cut water paper from my designer paper drawer. I thought it would make a great background for this cute jellyfish die cut.

Once the jellyfish was cut I cut the designer papers and assembled the card finishing off with the thank you sentiment.

MIX491 - Going Around in Circles

For the base I used distress oxide ink to add a bit of color through a stencil then added glass bead gel over it to create the circle bubbles.

I then stamped the sentiment, die cut the fish and layered.

Christmas Penguin

 

WT902 - Let's go Polar. The Antarctic Treaty was enacted in 1961 reserving the entire continent for free and nonpolitical scientific investigation.

For the card I used the Tim Holtz layered penguin die cut cutting the pieces out of several different scrap papers and layered.

Once he was assembled, I added him to a Merry Christmas designer paper.
