Disney Birthday

FS803 - This weeks incredibly talented Featured Stamper CAR372. I found this wonderful INSPIRATION

USEIT2022 - Disney Stickers

I need to use up a bunch of Disney stickers in my tote and this card was great inspiration.

I used similar colors and created my own layout adding the stickers to a couple of layers.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today. I appreciate the lovely comments. If you leave me a comment, I can stop by your blog for a visit.

Many Thanks

IC864 - Wildlife Wonders - here is my INSPIRATION

F4A644 - Feeling Fishy

I am still trying to use up some of this already cut water paper from my designer paper drawer. I thought it would make a great background for this cute jellyfish die cut.

Once the jellyfish was cut I cut the designer papers and assembled the card finishing off with the thank you sentiment.

MIX491 - Going Around in Circles

For the base I used distress oxide ink to add a bit of color through a stencil then added glass bead gel over it to create the circle bubbles.

I then stamped the sentiment, die cut the fish and layered.

Christmas Penguin

WT902 - Let's go Polar. The Antarctic Treaty was enacted in 1961 reserving the entire continent for free and nonpolitical scientific investigation.

For the card I used the Tim Holtz layered penguin die cut cutting the pieces out of several different scrap papers and layered.

Once he was assembled, I added him to a Merry Christmas designer paper.

Dog Congratulations

SC911 - This week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com

I needed to make a few congratulations cards for my monthly donation.

For this card I cut down the base layer, punched the white squares and cut the red framing squares.

Next, I die cut the dog, bowl and sentiment. The heart dog collar is just a scrap that I added the heart and a gold punch to match the gold sentiment,

2 Cards 1 Background Technique

MMTPT726 - 1 Background technique for two cards - I used the Double Stencil Resist HERE.

USEIT2022 - both images

I love getting 2 cards for 1 background technique. This is the double stencil resist technique for 2 little ones that need a bit of cheer.

Once the backgrounds were created I found in my stash these 2 images that were already colored waiting for cards and perfect for a little boy and little girl. One image is from Polkadoodles and the other is a Tilda image.

CAS695 - Use colored card stock for your base

When I think of clean and simple cards I am naturally drawn to white but honestly a card can be CAS with any colored card base as long as there is blank space on the card.

For today's card I used black. I stamped the dog image then colored with copics. I then stamped the soccer ball and die cut it and popped the ball up on a dimensional. I thought it would be fun to add a wobble to the dog for some fun and I sponged the grass and sky on the image scene.

I finished the card with the sentiment heat embossed in white.
