WT891 - Confetti (actual confetti or stamps showing confetti or punched confetti)

USEIT2022 - Confetti

I need to use up several bags of confetti that is in my tote. This challenge is perfect to push me to use some up. I created this shaker card and added some confetti and glued to a star designer paper. Next I did cut the graduation cap and sentiment and glued to the front of the shaker.

Scrappy Welcome

SC900 - This week's Sketch

For my card base I decided to go through my card stock and use bits of leftover colors. I cut them down to 1-inch squares and glued them to a white card base.

Next, I ran that through with a star emboss folder then glued to my card front.

I finished the card off with the die cut dog, food bowl and sentiment and added a few sequins for some shine.

Dog die cut from Gina Marie dies. Dog dish from Xpress dies and Welcome die from Karen Burniston.

Thinking of You

MMTPT715 - Dotty or Stripy

A couple of weeks ago I created THIS CARD and after cutting all the strips from the card I ended up with some leftover pieces that I just did not want to toss.

I grabbed those leftovers and created the background for this card and love that I was able to create a second card from my first scrappy card. I added the sentiment and finished off with a couple of die cut flowers and some Nuvo Drops.

A friendly note for you...

CAS684 - Butterflies

For my card today I used this super cute spring scene from DRS Designs and colored it up with copics. I masked out the sentiment from the scene when I stamped it so I could have just the image and the clouds were added with a stencil and distress inks.

Next, I embossed the paper emboss folder then lined up the sentiment on one of the lines of the paper finishing off with a die cut butterfly.

FS791 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper Kristine Breach aka KristineB. Her gallery is amazing. I found this wonderful INSPIRATION

CCC22APR - Peace

I need to get going on my Christmas cards and Kristie's card was perfect for inspiration. I used the Cottage Cuts Noel die cut and cut it out of a shimmer navy card stock.

I die cut the diamond in the center and sponged navy in the die cut while it was still in place.

Cut the remaining layers and layered.

Father's Day

IC852 - DIY Craft Land where I was inspired by THIS.

USEIT2022 - Tree image

I found this tree image in my tote of items needing used up and today's inspiration was perfect to use it. I thought this would make a great Father's Day card. I cut down a couple of brown scraps to use as a layer then cut the black matting for all the layers.

Finished with the Father's day sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Just a Quilty Note

F4A632 - Cards for Crafty Friends

My MIL is a quilter and has many quilt friends. She loves when I make scrappy cards that she can send to her friends.

I dug through my purples and greens and used the herringbone technique to make a couple of note cards for her.

I finished the cards with some punched flowers, ribbon and popped the sentiment up on dimensionals.
