USEIT2023 - Stickers

For my card, I used some plaid paw print paper that reminded me of the inspiration. I then used a few of the stickers from my stash that I am trying to use up and finished with the thank you sentiment.

This is another of my pet donation cards.

For my card, I used up another of the images in my stack of images. I colored him up with copics and then cut the layers. The card was finished with a few of the punched flowers from my paper scraps and some nuvo drops in the centers.

Birthday Shoes

 

SC979 - This week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com

For my card, I used this fun die cut sneaker and some fun designer paper to create the shoes. I then added some fun designer paper for the base and added more of the designer paper in the shoes to help frame the shoes.

The shoes were laced with green and white baker's twine and the card was finished with the birthday sentiment and a few black candy dots.

For my card, I used a fun Penny Black image and colored him up using gold colors and added a red collar to him.

The card was finished with some coordinating sequins.

For my card, I used a new Halloween stamp from DRS Designs. The pumpkin is colored with copics, and I added some stickles to his eyes too.

For the leaves, I used some scrap paper and sponged some different fall colored distress colors to the scrap and then punched out several leaves to use up the scrap paper. I love how them came out.

The card base was embossed with the wood emboss folder then layered with the leaves and finished with the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Skull Birthday

 FS870 - This week's incredibly talented featured stamper is Raye Lynn (aka CreepsMom). I love her username too. I found this INSPIRATION and here is the INSIDE.

My friend Anne (jdmommy) made a card a while back with this skull. My son loves skulls and got one tattooed on his chest. I mentioned to her that I was looking for more skulls to add to my collection for him and she was kind enough to stamp off several in greys and blacks.

Today's inspiration was perfect to remind me of these skulls for a card for my son's birthday with the skulls around the outside of the coffin. I saw the cats all around the inside of the box and thought I could do that with these skulls.

I fussy cut all of the skulls then glued them around a black card stock. I then trimmed the edges and added the additional cut pieces around the edges to add more filling in the card stock.

I layered the piece on a silver mirror paper and added some black gems.

The card was finished with the birthday sentiment banner popped up on dimensionals.

Thank you, Anne for these great skulls, I love, love, love this card and it is so perfect for my son. Thank you, Raye Lynn, for the inspiration.

IC931 - RebsFabStash - Here is my INSPIRATION

For my card, I pulled out some fun purple designer papers and cut several different purples (enough for 3 cards). I then mixed up the different papers and added the birthday sentient and a few scattered additional die cut pieces.

My MIL is a quilter and asks for quilty birthday cards for her friends every year so these are headed to her for her stash for next year.
