Best New Year

CAS720 - Rainbows

For my card I started with the rainbow of colors using distress oxide inks. I then embossed the fireworks and used a sanding block to sand off the tops of the fireworks.

I finished with the Best New Year ever sentiment.

Scrappy Thank You

FS827 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Gerry Morse (vegasgem). Her gallery is full of so much inspiration and I know where to go when I need a skull inspiration for cards for my son. I found this INSPIRATION.

I loved her long panels.

I went to my scrap papers and found some coordinating papers and created the long panels and added a panel over the top of my long panels for the focal. I then die cut the thank you a couple of times to add some dimension and added a couple of already die cut butterflies from my table to the front.

Silver Bell

IC888 - The Spirit of Christmas - Here is my INSPIRATION

CCC22DEC - Anything Goes

I love this set and love pulling it out for a few cards. I layered the bell with greys and black and added the branches and some darker green to the stems on the branches.

I finished the card with the sentiment in red and added a black bow on the strung silver thread.

Pie Birthday

F4A668 - Yummy Treats

USEIT2022 - Silverware

I needed to use this silverware from my tote of items and it is perfect for the Free for All challenge.

For the card base I pulled out my Nuvo Mousse and used a stencil for the background.

I then die cut the pie pieces and layered adding stickles to the top.

I used glue dots to add the silverware.

FF22UnderstandBlueB - Make it Pop

CCC22DEC - Anything Goes

For my card I die cut the flowers and leaves and layered adding some shaping to each of the layers. I then die cut the branches and pinecones and added some color and shaping to them.

I cut the layers adding some dimension to several layers and laid out the pieces.

Once it was all glued down I added prills and stickles to the flowers.

FF22jkanack - Use an old Christmas card and recreate the card

CCC22DEC - Anything Goes

For this card I found it in a stack of old Christmas cards. I layered it on red card stock and added the sentiment.

This card is headed to my aunt as she sent it to me. I wonder if she will recognize it. LOL!

For this card I followed the steps on the challenge but I turned my orientation to cut out of the side of the card.
