CAS692 - Sweet! (anything sweet)

For my card today I used a sweet pie image from DRS Designs and did a bit of masking to add the candle behind the image. I colored the scene with copics then added the birthday sentiment and layered on colored cardstock to pick up the colors in the image.

FS799 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Pam Strobel. Her gallery is amazing. I found this INSPIRATION

I changed the layout but used the 2 scallops around the square as the base to start the card. I kept the square sentiment and moved it up then added the single rose to the square.

IC860 - Lady Yard where I found this INSPIRATION.

CCC22MAY - Sparkle & Bling (The ribbon on this card is very sparkly (hard to see in the photograph)

I am trying to work ahead on my Christmas cards this year and the inspiration was perfect to use this cute deer die cut.

I cut the deer, used some punched snowflakes and die cut evergreen branches and layered. I added a few layers to the snowflakes and added dimensionals to the deer and sentiment.

I have wanted to use this stencil since I purchased it and finally had a chance to ink it up. I used pinks and greens to create the flowers and thought a Mother's Day sentiment would be perfect for it.

WT898 - chalk

This butterfly is one of my all time favorite to use on cards and is perfect for adding some chalk to it on black card stock to really make it pop.

I used versamark on the image then several different chalks to color it up. I then heat embossed the sentiment.

SC907 - This week's sketch

I have wanted to use these cat paws and scratch die since the moment I received them. My friend that I donate cards will get a kick out of this card.

I die cut the layers, added some yellow sponging to the paws (because my kitty that I got from these friends is a yellow kitty) then added some yellow sponging to the Thanks die.

I layered on the red so the claw marks would show and added the white heat embossed Just a Note sentiment.

Ok I missed the mark on the pink, but I was really inspired by THIS CARD.

USEIT2022 - Tulips

I needed to use up this tulips image from my stack of images and once it was colored it really worked for the inspiration from Dawn's card. I colored it with copics then cut the layers. I used some of the already punched out lace strips from my table and I added some crimping to them.

I finished the card with some green candy dots.
