For this card, I started with a black card base and added a gold heat embossed birthday sentiment along the bottom. I then pulled out a favorite Stampin Up birthday stamp and colored the image with Copics.
To finish the card, I popped the image up on dimensionals and added a few gold sequins to keep the design clean and simple.
