Little Guy
The CAS430 challenge - Memories As a kid one of my favorite things to play with was bubbles. I could spend hours blowing bubbles. When I had my little guy I got bubbles for him and every kind of bubble maker I could find. I also took him to a science museum that had a fun bubble ring that you could bring up around you to surround yourself with a bubble. Stamped the image and colored with copics. Used the memory box circle die cut and put it behind the image then trimmed the image so the circles would peek out. Added some punched circles out of white sparkle DP on dimensionals and finished off with some stickles on some bubbles. |

Christmas Coffee
| The IC598 Challenge - Autumn of the Sew Paper Paint Blog, I found this amazing Card. I loved the layout and the way the colors looked on the layers of CS. I used the new distress oxide inks that I just got yesterday to create the green and red layer. Then using the TH corner die cut on the red layer. The coffee cup was stamped and colored with pencil. Used additional distress oxide ink on another white CS and die cut the spellbinders poinsettias adding liquid pearls to the centers. Finished off with some punched snowflakes, sprigs and a gold die cut. The DINSP0517 challenge - Inspiration from the photo there is a coffee image that says coffee to go and since I was already inspired by the coffee on the image I thought I could tie in the coffee from the image. The CCC17MAR challenge - Poinsettias I am way behind in my Christmas cards already so I used today's inspiration to change the card out to a Christmas card to add to my stash. |
B Happy

Die cut out the flowers and leaves and added some sponging on the leaves. Finished off the flowers with prills and popped the image on dimensionals. |

The WT636 challenge - Hardware & Metal Accents
To create this image I applied the ink to the stamp with a marker for the green, brown and black. Then stamped it on the CS. Filled in the colors with copics once the image was stamped.
Stamped the wheat and cut to put behind the tractor. finished off with some gear accents that are die cut from a tomato paste tube that Sabrina sent me in a Teapot Tuesday exchange. They really die cut beautifully and looked great on this card.
This is another of the cards my aunt asked me to create for my uncle for next year. They live on a farm so this image is perfect for him.

Grandma's Flowers
| The IC597 challenge - The wonderful Etsy site Create the Cut is our inspiration today. I found this beautiful blue and white floral. I am always drawn to blue and white and that image just pulled me in today. I don't water color yet on my cards (maybe some day I will get there). Stamped the Heartfelt Creations flowers and colored in blues and colored the leaves in greens. Stamped the sentiment and die cut it with a Spellbinders banner. Left the banner in the die cut and shaded it with blue to pick up from the flowers. Put the banner on Dimensionals and finished off with some sequins and liquid pearls in the center of the flowers and added some score lines around the card. This is headed to my grandma for Mother's day. We are taking her out to lunch today and I think she will just love putting this on her shelf in her room. Happy Mother's day to all the wonderful moms. |

Nativity
The FS534 challenge - Donna3D has a stunning gallery to share with us. I found this amazing Card
CCC17JUN - religious theme
I love the layout of the card and kept with a very similar layout using an oval die cut rather than tearing the edge.
The wood was done with an EF and adding brown to the inside. Colored the image with copics and added a gem to the inside of the star. The image is popped on dimensionals. The edge of the image I used a pin to punch the holes.
