I was drawn to the cheerful feel of Heather's card and reached for this upbeat Art Impressions image. I stamped it on white cardstock and colored it with Copics, then chose a piece of patterned paper from the stack I am trying to use up. The bright colors in the paper guided the palette for the image, and each layer was mounted on black cardstock for definition, echoing the black layering in Heather’s design.
Heather tilted both her panel and sentiment, so I added a tilted sentiment of my own, popped it up on dimensionals, and finished the card with a few pearls.
