For my card, I started with a piece of fish‑themed designer paper and built the layout around its bright colors, adding orange and teal layers to highlight the tones in the pattern.
I die cut the teal panel with scalloped circles, added a white die‑cut layer on top, and then die cut the little mouse and fish bones for the top and bottom circles. For the center circle, I stamped the word Special and added the die‑cut word Meow to tie everything together with a fun cat theme.
