Save the Earth...

CAS723 - Celebrate in Gold

For my card I stamped the globe in black ink and then masked the image and sponged the blue ink around it.

Once the panel was done, I added a blue strip under the panel, stamped the sentiment and added some gold gems.

I have a second card to share today

I decided to do the exact same card but used the stamp in a different way. Rather than the bold black stamping I did a white heat embossed look for an even more subtle CAS card.

Once the panel was sponged, I layered the card the same and added some lighter gold gems.

FS830 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Carol aka **Carol**. Her gallery is full of some incredibly wonderful inspiration. I found this for INSPIRATION

USEIT2023 - Wood Hearts from my tote

I loved the row of hearts on Carol's card and the stripped paper reminded me of banners. So I cut out a bunch of scrap papers using a banner die cut and layered them on the bottom of the card. I then created the row with the sentiment and added a couple of wood hearts from my tote.

Just a Note...

IC891 - Clocks Inspiration Pinterest board. Here is my INSPIRATION.

USEIT2022 - Stickers

I love the inspiration board today. So many to choose. My inspiration had some gears and I have this die cut clock with gears that is perfect.

I cut out the clock, cut the papers and layered. The base layer designer paper I added some sponging to get an antique feel and I added some to the layer under the clock.

I then grabbed some sticker gems from my tote to finish off the card.

Wishing all of you a wonderful 2023!

Bird Thanks

WT929 - Go with old-fashioned scenic stamping (with lots of masking....), die-cuts, or a scenic stamped image

For my card I dug through my paper scraps and used several die cuts to create the scene. For the base I sponged some blue clouds to create the sky. The scene was finished off with some Nuvo Drops and the birds and a few flowers were popped up on dimensionals

Music Birthday

SC938 - This week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com

USEIT2022 - I needed to use up this image from my stack of images.

For the base I used a dictionary page and layered it on black card stock. I then die cut some scraps and layered those and added a few scattered music note gems from my stash.

These Boots

MMTPT753 - feet/shoes/boots AND/OR make some form of step card

I used an old Stampendous boot image and colored it with copics. For the base layer I used several blacks and greys to cover the panel from my scrap drawer. I then added the layers and finished with several heart dots.

CAS722 - Give Thanks

I have several to send thank you notes for the wonderful gifts they gave me.

For this card I doodled the flowers with copic markers and cut down the panel. The panel is popped up on dimensionals and a few scattered gems were added in the colors from the flowers. I finished the floral panel with a silver bakers twine bow.

For the card base I white heat embossed the Thank You sentiment from DRS Designs.
