I needed to use up this cute snowmen image and the inspiration was perfect. I colored the image with copics then found a few glitter snowflakes on my table perfect to add some shine to the card.

WT894 - Sing, Sing a Song. Marking the launch of iTunes in 2003 (This dragon reminds me of Puff the Magic Dragon.

I used the Tim Holtz dragon die cut to create this dragon. I also added a heart for him to hold as this is hubby's birthday card this year and I thought a heart was perfect.

For this fold I used a fold called trifold shutter card. 

For the flames I used a Honeybee Stamps layered flame stencil.

SC903 - This week's sketch

USEIT2022 - Image

I needed to color up this cute image from my stack of images and I thought she needed a few flowers.

I found a stack of already cut flowers from paper scraps and added some teal to the edges to mirror the teal in the image. I also added one to her head wrap.

The flowers were finished with Nuvo Drops.

MMTPT718 - Teapot or teacup

I used this cute Bo Bunny teapot and colored it up with copics. I grabbed some designer paper from my stack and realized that the edge of the paper was torn. This was some paper my MIL purchased from a craft store that is in town and will be closing soon. Well, I loved the distressed look so I distressed the other layers.

Next I added dome dimension to the image and found this half doily in a drawer and thought it was perfect to crumple up and add to my teapot. I finished with some flowers from my stash and found this cute charm and thought the sentiment was perfect.

The flowers were finished with a few gold pearls.

It is time for me to start my graduation cards and DRS Designs has some great stamps to help with cards. For my card this week:

• The GRADUATION BACKGROUND - 984H was stamped 4 times on the white card base then colored with copics.
• Next, I stamped the LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN GREETING - 615E and die cut the sentiment layering on red card stock.
• The front of the card was finished with a graduation cap and diploma sticker from my stash.

I finish the inside of the card stamping the TASSEL - 007D and then coloring it with copics in reds to mirror the red on the front of the card.

Birthday Lilacs

 

FS794 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Vicky aka vickydee. Her gallery is wonderful. I found this INSPIRATION.

I love the Heartfelt Creations lilacs set. I used that set to create a few flowers to randomly place around my card. I stamped the birthday sentiment on the scroll image then colored with copics. Cut the layers and added dimensionals to a few of the layers. Added some distressing to several layers and finished the flowers with stickles and nuvo drops.
