FS872 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Pat aka contrapat. Her gallery is full of wonderful inspiration. I found this INSPIRATION.

F4A713 - Leaves

For my card, I kept the 2 large rectangles Pat had on her card and made them the same size layering them over each other. I used designer paper that had really pretty foil and leaves in it for my card.

To pick up more of the gold in the paper, I die cut more gold leaves and layered them under the sentiment along with a couple stirps of green ribbon to match the green in the DP.

I added the sentiment and doodled around the sentiment layer.

The card was finished with a few punched gold bits.

IC933 - Lake Effect Gallery - here is my inspiration

For my card, I used this cute image and the coordinating Kit and Clowder class to color him up with pencils.

Once colored he was mounted on a white card base. I did not want to take away from the cute image so I did not add a sentiment.

Christmas Bus

 

WT971 - International Walk to School Month - how did you get to school when you were young? Bus/Car/Bike/Walk? (I actually walked and took a bus, depending on the year of school).

I decided to do my bus cards. Every year my sister asks me for school bus Christmas cards as she is a bus mechanic. This year's cards feature a deer driving the school bus colored with copics. She had me make 12 cards this year

I finally have purchased a Pike stamp so next year's cards I won't have to write out the school on the license plate. Now to not lose the small stamp. LOL!

For my card, I cut the card base using a heart leaving the top edge uncut. I then cut the same heart shape and covered the hinge of the card heart base.

Next, I cut the peach heart and used some flowers from my Heartfelt Creations collections. These were already stamped and colored, I just shaped, layered, and added stickles.

I finished with the birthday sentiment and added prills to the flower centers.

MMTPT795 - Gold

For my card, I found in one of my paper packs this very large sentiment and it is gold foiled. I cut down the card stock to fit on a 4.25 x 5.5 and added several gold pearls.

I love really quick cards.

CAS764 - Fall Critters

For my card, I used this fun critter from DRS Designs. I sponged the card base with 2 blue distress oxide inks placing a scrap paper to create the hard edge.

I then stamped the image and colored it with copics and fussy cut it.

Next, I used my tutorial Moving Around Your Sentiment to line up the sentiment all on one line under my hard line.

I pulled up the image on dimensionals and used a paint pen to add some stars behind him.

FS871 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Loretta, better known around here as lorettagrace. I found this INSPIRATION.

I was drawn to the purple papers and banners. For my card, I pulled out my purple paper designer paper scraps and created a different layout. I added purple banners as Loretta had banners on her card.

I added a birthday sentiment as she has a birthday sentiment on her card and I finished my card off with purple sequins.
