USEIT2023 - Image

I needed to use up this image and thought it would be perfect for another of my pet donation cards. I colored it up with copics then fussy cut it.

I then cut out some fun DPs that had the colors on the image and finished the card with the sentiment and a few candy dots.

Stitched Thinking of You

 

MMTPT785 - 8 of Something

For my card, I die cut the stitched layer and used a floss that is multicolored with what appears to have about 8 different colors in it.

Once the base was stitched I layered it on a blue card stock to pick up the bit of blue in the floss and then stamped the sentiment in green. The card was finished with some coordinating flowers and Nuvo Drops.

CAS754 - 1 rectangle & 1 circle

For my card, I used a couple of pool images from DRS Designs and colored them up making sure to add some pink. I have several family members that play pool and wanted this card to be a bit more girly.

I cut down the layers and added a pink accent layer.

For the circle layer, I cut the edge of the card down just a bit so that I could hang the image off the edge and still have it fit in a 4.25 x 5.5 envelope.

I finished with the sentiment in pink to match the pink in the images and the layered card stock.

FS861 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper is Cindy aka misscindy. I found this INSPIRATION.

As I was sorting through my designer paper scraps I found this already stamped grad hat and thought I could make a quick graduation card. Cindy's card was perfect inspiration for me to use it.

This card was really quick. I layered the stamped grad hat on green card stock then layered it on black.

I die cut the Grad sentiment in black then finished with the sticker grad hat and some candy dots.

8th Anniversary

 

IC922 - 1st Dibs - INSPIRATION

For my card I used a Karen Burniston pop up ball and accessories to create the pop-up octopus. I used purples as it was one of the 2 colors in my niece's and nephew's wedding invitations.

Once the octopus was assembled, I added a bow and layered it on the front of the card with the die cut anniversary sentiment.

I created a belly band as this will be given to my niece for her anniversary. She loves all things underwater and since an octopus has 8 legs it is perfect for her 8th anniversary. On the belly band is a piece of seashell that was from an earring my grandmother wore. It is perfect for the box of this card.

WT960 - Crown

For my card I used the Spellbinders stitched letters and cut out each of the letters. I stitched them with some dark teal embroidery floss and added some silver gems.

For the crown I found one online and cut it with my Cricut. I then popped the name up on dimensionals and added some additional gems to the crown.
