CAS732 - spring rain/umbrellas

For my card I stamped the raindrops on the card base. I then die cut the clouds and stamped the sentiment. Next, I die cut the umbrella in blue and the umbrella layers in white and popped them up on dimensionals. I finished with some blue flowers from my desk and a few Nuvo Drops.

Christmas Bauble

 

FS839 - This week's incredibly talented Dina is the Featured Stamper. I love so many of her cards and inspiration and it was really hard to narrow down to just one. This is my INSPIRATION.

CCC23MAR - Bauble

Rather than cut a dimensional bauble, I decided to do a negative space bauble. I did some ribbon weaving with green ribbon and then layered the negative space of red card stock and then layered a shimmer cream.

I finished the card with some plaid ribbon.

IC900 - The Refab Diaries & Pinterest - INSPIRATION

My son's girl friend is going to school to be an art teacher and I just had to use this cut file for a card to give her.

For my card I used a cut file and my Cricut to cut out the pieces to this bear. I added sponging and highlighting with a white gel pen to give the cuts some life.

WT938 - Be inspired by the Sound of Music Movie

I was inspired by the curtains that they made the kids clothes. I had a bit of this paper in my scrap drawer and the pattern reminds me of those curtains. 

I also die cut this guy die cut as he reminds me of the captain Von Trapp character.

I added the banner and popped it and the guy on dimensionals and finished the card with some gems.

USEIT2023 - Image

I needed to use up another image from my stack of images and thought this one just needed to be colored up. Once she was colored I added her to a designer paper then added a couple of strips with one having a sentiment. The card was finished with a few gems.

MMTPT762 - Be inspired by The Beatles - Hello, Goodbye

USEIT2023 - Image

For my card I used a lot of scrap browns. The background reminds me of the old wood paneling in homes in the 70s. I then used this cute Elizabeth Bell image from my stack of images as she looks like she is wearing bell bottoms very popular when the Beatles were around.

I colored up the image with copics and added the Hello to the panel for the Hello, Goodbye song.

CAS731 - Keeping Warm (think campfires, coffee/tea, etc.)

For my card I die cut the blue base and layered it on an angle. Next, I stamped the lid to the coffee cup and then masked it and stamped the cup. I then colored it with copics.

I added a crimped piece of kraft cardstock to the center of the cup and then stamped coffee on a banner popping the banner and cup up on dimensionals.
