80th Birthday

MAR22VSNE - Number

My aunt asked for 2 80th Birthday cards.

For the first card I die cut out all of the numbers from the black then added those die cuts to the 2nd card.

I inlaid the gold on the black card and popped the birthday sentiment up on the 80th.

On the second card I embossed numbers then glued the die cut numbers to the front and popped the sentiment up on dimensionals.

MAR22VSND - Lacy

My niece asked for a baby girl card and this challenge is perfect.

I die cut the layers, sponged the bunny while in the die cut and added some designer paper, lacy punched paper and finished with the ribbon and flower.

USEIT2022 - Wood Heart

My husband's aunt gave me a large piece of birch bark and the quote was perfect inspiration to use some of the bark.

I due cut the bark and glued it to the card. I then die cut and punched the other layers adding some silver ribbon, silver bakers twine and finishing with this wood heart that is in my tote of items to use up.

Halloween Witch

MAR22VSNB - light - one layer cardstock

My mom asked me for a Halloween card and I just had to use this witch. She is one of my favorites in my collection.

I stamped the witch image along with the Halloween sentiment on the base.

I then masked the front of the card leaving the circle unmasked. I used a few yellows and orange to create the moon.

Once the moon was created, I masked the moon and sponged black, purples and pink. I then unmasked the moon and added some additional yellow over the pink.

WT889 - Doodling

USEIT2022 - Butterfly & Patch

I am still working my way through a tote of items to use up. This patch was perfect for creating a quick birthday card for someone who likes sewing.

I cut the layers, hot glued the patch and added some doodling around the birthday strip. The card was finished with this butterfly also from the tote.
