MMTPT704 - Purple Dog

I love looking for ways to use scrap papers and when I came across this VIDEO I had to give this a try.

I grabbed my purple paper scraps and cut the background layering it on black card stock. I then stamped the sentiment and added the dog silhouette.

CAS673 - Healthy New Year (diet/exercise/healthy stuff)

For me I want to get out and walk out in the fresh air more. I work at home and have a gym in my basement so I am always home.

I used this great hiking image and sponged on the color after masking the sunshine. I then die cut the frame and heat embossed the sentiment. I popped the panel up on dimensionals over the image.

FS780 - marilynmac is this weeks incredibly talented Featured Stamper. I found this gorgeous card: Filigree Heart by marilynmac at Splitcoaststampers

I am working on Valentine's cards for friends and family and Marilyn's card was perfect inspiration for my card.

I kept the bold black and white colors on my card and added a smaller heart as the focal using a different card layout. For my base I used a fun patterned paper rather than music and the paper had pink so I accented with a pink DP that has some glitter.

The card was finished with a few Nuvo Drops.

USEIT2022 - Daisy

This large daisy was already cut in my tote of items to use up and was perfect for the inspiration.

I used some scrap DP and layered it on the card base. I then added the Daisy and stamped the sentiment as I need a few thank you cards for my stash. I finished the daisy off with a few Nuvo Drops.

F4A621 - Play the Game My card is based on the card game called Hearts. It has been many years since I have played but it was sure fun. This was very quick. I stamped the heart and sentiment and added a couple of buttons from my stash. Working on making some quick Valentine cards as I have several friends and family asking for them this year. Hearts

WT879 - Lots of Layers

I used heartfelt creations flower stamp and dies to create this dimensional flower. I sponged on the colors and added shaping to the flower and leaves.

Once the flower was created, I layered on designer paper and added dimensionals to the framing.

The butterfly and flower were finished with stickles.

SC888 - This week's Sketch

My mom asked me to make a few military cards and this is one of my all time favorite stamps from DRS Designs.

I cut the layers, die cut the stars and stamped the image. I added a birthday sentiment as I am sure she knows a few in the service or retired from the service that she could give this card.
