FF21UnderstandblueA - Watercolor Wednesday Inspired - our newest challenge is the Watercolor Wednesday challenge - and they have done some beautiful things! My challenge is to use one of the watercolor Wednesday challenge prompts to create a fall or winter card.

I chose this Watercolor Wednesday: WCW055 - 6/16/21 - Reinker Wash Background by ohmypaper! at Splitcoaststampers

I used 2 different blues for my card base then I die cut the deer and added the sentiment. This was so fast that I think I will do a few more to finish up my holiday cards this year.

These were super quick using scraps to create these and added already punched snowflakes. These are my go to tags because I love using scraps from my stash.

When I saw the inspiration I was drawn to the rocking horse and pulled out this wonderful retired SU image. I colored with copics, layered and added the sentiment.

2021BLITZ1 - Wood Block Ornament

This was super fast. I used jewelry plastic wire and drilled in the block. I then strung it with beads and tied it off. I love this so much!!!!

Halloween Greetings

 I needed one last quick Halloween card and I love a good Clean and Simple card that packs a punch. This card was super quick with just the right images.

I started with stamping the CANDY CORN BORDER - 606D and the DECO HAPPY HALLOWEEN - 707E then I colored up the candy corn.

Once I was done I thought oh this needs more. Well of course add a couple of EMPTY SPIDER WEB - 329G in the corners and then I just had to add the 4 IN 1 HALLOWEEN SILHOUETTES - 1152D,  I just drew in the line from the sentiment to the spider.

I used a similar layout however I did not add any embossing to my base layer.

This amazing image was a RAK sent to me by my good friend Polly (peeps321) to help with my pet card donations. Thank you Polly. I colored it up with copics then added a few punched stars and finished with the thanks sentiment.

USEIT2021 - Dog image

I used the colors from the inspiration to add to my card and colored up this fun dog image.

Cut the layers down and popped the image up on dimensionals. Finished the card with candy dots.

WT868 - Triangles

I colored this cute House Mouse image with copics then die cut the image.

I found in my drawer of scraps this corner cut DP and it is perfect for today's challenge. I layered it on the orange DP then added the sentiment banner and finished with the buttons.

I love looking for ways to stretch my stamps. This New Home Greeting - 967G - DRS Designs is a great sentiment but if you look at it different you can use it for a baby card.

I die cut this baby outfit and added some fun colors using dome distress oxides giving it a groovy vibe. I then added a hand drawn smile. The card was finished with the New Home Greeting - 967G - DRS Designs.

I used a similar layout but added a bit more interest with adding a 2nd DP paper to the bottom. The dog images are all DP from a paper pack and are great for cranking out some quick cards. These are more for my donations.
