Bee Birthday

 

IC987 - Home is Where the Boat Is - Inspiration

For my card, I used this great stitched bee from Spellbinders. I cut the layers and added the stitching. I used silver DSM floss to the wings and they really shine with that floss.

The bee layer is a napkin from my stash of napkins that I have collected over the years and I finished the card with 2 large corner gems.

The wings and sentiment are both popped up on dimensionals.

I am hoping I can convince one of my family members to give this card to me for my birthday as I really love this bee. They ask me for cards a year in advance then give the cards to others because they forget that I tell them how much I love certain cards. LOL!

or my card, I used this great Spellbinders pie die cut and cut the pieces out with several scrap papers adding dimensionals to some parts of the pie.

Next, I layered on a fun kitchen paper and coordinating floral paper.

The card was finished with several silver gems and the fun sentiment.

For my card, I used this fun Tim Holtz stamp set and stamped the birthday hats several times and colored them with copics. I then popped them up on dimensionals on the designer paper and added some stickles to the dots.

I then used this birthday sentiment from DRS Designs and finished the card with several sequins.

For my card, I used a Harry Potter napkin for the base. I then die cut the pieces for the dragon popping it up on dimensionals and added a few scattered stars.

I was inspired by the sweet pup. For my card, I pulled out this sweet image from my tote (Hunkydory) and layered on a couple of designer papers from a paper pack I am trying to finish up. I added some fancy fiber from my stash and finished with the sentiment.

For my card, I embossed aluminum foil with a birthday sentiment. I die cut several candles and colored the fire with copics.

The candles and birthday sentiment were popped up on dimensionals and the card was finished with a few candy dots.
