Thanks

WT890 - Crayon

For my star background I used an emboss folder and a white crayon to do a crayon resist. Once I added the crayon, I used a brayer to add the blue and the stars resisted the ink.

I then die cut the sentiment and anchor.

Thanks

Raindrops

CAS683 - Raindrops

I have had this Flonz stamp in my collection for years and thought it was time to pull her out and use her. I stamped her on the card base, colored with copics then cut a frame. I finished the rain drops off with some stickles.

Christmas Poinsettia

FS790 - This week's incredibly talented Featured Stamper Cindy aka Cindy H has a wonderful gallery full of inspiration. I found this wonderful INSPIRATION

I was moved by the reason for her card. It is wonderful that we can create cards for those that can't see.

I used a Tim Holtz Poinsettia emboss folder on black card stock. I then lightly added some metallic rub in silver over the poinsettia and finished with the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Birthday Cards

IC851 - Sugar & Cloth - here is my INSPIRATION

I recently purchased this cute shark die cut and going through my scrap papers I found I have a bunch of this water paper from cards I made for the band. This paper is perfect to create a panel for the shark.

I cut the layers, die cut the shark and finished with heat embossing the birthday sentiment on black.

MAR22VSNI - Feathers

USEIT2022 - Eagle Image

This eagle image was in my stack of images needing colored. I colored it with copics and cut the layers. The yellow was embossed with a birthday emboss folder and I added a couple of strips of gross grain ribbon.

USEIT2022 - Power Poppy Image

This power poppy image was in my stack of images needing colored. I colored it with copics, cut down the paper layers and stamped the sentiment finishing off with the punched flowers.

MAR22VSNK - spring - wobbler

For the card base I used a fish stencil and sponged the fish. I then stamped the image directly on that layer to get the bubbles. I then stamped the fish again, colored with copics and added the wobbler behind it.

I finished with the birthday banner.

Wobble Fish
MAR22VSNL - Text

I created a rainbow-colored layer using several distress oxides.

I then die cut the birthday sentiment out of that rainbow, added the text birthday sentiment and glued the birthday sentiment to the black strip. I finished this card off with some sequins.

MAR22VSNN - Monochrome

I have been playing in my scrap stash and this challenge is perfect to grab one of the colored designer papers to create a fun card.

I die cut all the bits from the red designer papers and glued down. Added a red mat and then the birthday sentiment. I finished with a couple of banners and some red gems.

You Make the World...

MAR22VSNM - Earth - globe, earth day, world

For this card I cut the base layers and glued. I then stamped the large thank you sentiment from Heartfelt Creations and sponged several browns.

Next, I stamped the sentiment and globe coloring the globe with copics. I then cut those with the coordinating die cuts and added a couple of star brads to the die cut.
