Scrappy Thanks

F4A655 - Pink

I have been going through my scraps recently and today's Free for All is a great challenge for me to use some pink designer paper scraps.

I punched and die cut several different circles using different designer paper scraps then popped them all on dimensionals. I layered the panel over a pink card base, stamped the sentiment and finished with some pink gems.

Piet Mondrian Inspired

WT913 - Artist- Inspired! - be inspired by your fav artist or SCS artist - I chose the artist Piet Mondrian

I love Piet Mondrian's work and it also gave me the opportunity to use up some more paper scraps. I die cut the many squares and rotated them for my card. I then heat embossed the sentiment and added a few candy dots.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today. I appreciate the lovely comments. If you leave me a comment, I can stop by your blog for a visit.

Birthday Girl

SC922 - Today's Sketch

USEIT - Image and hearts

I am trying to use up a stack of images on my table that need colored. This little girl was ready to be colored and super cute.

I colored the image with copics then cut the papers and layers finishing the card with a few scattered felt sticker hearts and added the birthday sentiment.

Travel Thinking of You

MMTPT737 - Travel

USEIT2022 - Brad

For the card base I used a postage stamp emboss folder that had several travel images.

The blue polka dot paper was in my scrap drawer and I just tore the edges and added a bit of red distress oxide ink to the edges.

I die cut the suitcase pieces and glued them and finished with the 3 banners adding a camera brad to the upper banner.

US Navy

CAS706 - Frame It

I needed a sympathy card for a very dear friend who was in the US Navy and this challenge is perfect to create one.

The base is heat embossed white stars on navy card stock. I then added a white and red layer framing the sympathy layer.

I stamped the sympathy sentiment and the Navy symbol and popped the Navy symbol up on dimensionals.

Here is the inside.

Christmas Caroling

FS813 - This week's incredibly talented featured stamper is Amanda from havonfamily. Her gallery is amazing and full of inspiration. I found this INSPIRATION.

I used the Tim Holtz caroling die cut and added the lamp as the image has a lamp in it. I cut a couple of holiday papers then popped the die cut up on dimensionals and finished with the sentiment and bow.

Elves

IC874 - The Holiday Barn where I found this INSPIRATION.

SCSCCSEP22 - September Christmas Fan Club

I am working to get ahead of Christmas cards and that elf was perfect inspiration for me to use these new to me spellbinders dies. I cut each of them out then added some sponging to a few pieces.

Glued the layers and added some white gel highlights.

For the base I used a 12 x 12 scrapbook page that had many different Christmas sentiments. I thought cutting it down was perfect for these cards.
