DTGD22JayBee - Poppy Parade - poppies of any type or color

I used the Heartfelt Creations poppies collection to create these 3 dimensional poppies.

The base layers were distressed then I layered the flowers once they were colored and shaped finishing the flowers with prills and stickles.

I then added the sentiment banner popping it up on dimensionals and adding some red around the edges.

DTGD22LuvtostampstampstampA - July is National Ice Cream Month! Make a card with ice cream on it. Think cone shaped card, ice cream sandwich box tutorial, swirl backgroud for your ice cream colors....possibilities are endless!

USEIT2022 - Angel

I really needed to use up this angel from my tote of items and this box is perfect to add her as a fun embellishment. I followed the steps on the ice cream sandwich skipping the holes on the sandwich because I used Christmas designer paper. Then I finished the belly band with the angel.

For my card I die cut the sled and layered. I then pulled out my Christmas designer papers and layered the card finishing with the punched snowflakes.

DTGD22berlycece - You Deserve a "Metal" Use metallic features; e.g. embossing powder, foiling, clips

For this card I used a dictionary page for the base adding some distressing to the layers.

I then added the doily and the designer paper.

The large heart was die cut out of an old cardboard box and I pulled the first layer off then added the heart layers and the sentiment strip.

The daisy and the cluster of gems are old earrings my aunt gave me and they seemed perfect to add to the shabby chic feel of the card.

CAS699 - Garden

This card was super quick. I used a cover plate to add interest to the white card base. Next, I stamped the sentiment and die cut the banner popping it up on dimensionals.

I then used a bunch of scrap papers and die cut the flowers and leaves finishing the card with some white gems.

DTGD22Stampinnana - Use the Faux Patina Technique for the main part of your card. Then just add a sentiment to finish it off.

FS806 - Candy better known as stampcandy here is my INSPIRATION - I kept similar colors and changed the circle out for a heart.

I created the Faux Patina for the card base then I stamped the sentiment, die cut the heart and finished with a few flowers adding Nuvo Drops to the centers.

For this card I used the stencil from Colorful Life and added Boken to the image. I then reversed the panel and added the black around the image finishing with the sentiment on the image.

I created the Belleek inspired background doing a letter press technique and used light blue.

Next, I stamped the sentiment and die cut the heart layers finishing this card off with several flowers and Nuvo Drops in the center.

USEIT2022 - Ring sticker and heart stickers

I used a large background stamp to stamp my own designer paper in pink. Then I found in my stash these ring stickers and they were perfect for another anniversary card. All the layers were added to gold mirror card stock to pick up the gold from the rings.

I created an easel fold using the Heartfelt Creations butterfly set. I then finished the card with some sunflowers and the anniversary sentiment.

The flowers were finished with stickles and Prills.

This card was inspired by This Card

I embossed the base layer, then stamped the butterfly and colored with copics.

I then finished the panel with the heat embossed sentiment and some mirror gems.

DTGD22SunstamperA - Tag, You're It! Make a summer-themed tag.

I am always in need of birthday tags and this one is great to also use up some scraps from my paper drawers.

I cut the two paper layers for the tag, die cut the flower using several yellows then stamped the sentiment. The tag was finished with some gems and the ribbon.

DTGD22stampmommaA - OSW with Gel Plate

For this card I used my gel plate, put down some green paint then layered white paint over it. I then used some crinkled paper to add a bit of interest to the gel and laid down my card stock.

It did not come out as well as I had hoped so I die cut the panel to add a bit more interest to it then layered the die cut sentiment and finished with some sequins.

For this card I embossed the base layer then die cut all the flower pieces from the Be Bold Spellbinders collection and layered on the panel.

I then finished with the heat embossed sentiment.

Floral Birthday

DTGD22ShoeGirl - Use a small shaped die cut or shaped punch to create a quilt background for your card base.

For this card I used a hexagon shape and my blue designer paper scraps to create the quilted background. I then finished with the sentiment, some scattered gems and a butterfly.

For this card I used a balloon stencil to create the background. Next, I added the plastic and filled it with some star bits. I finished with the die cut 50 and the heat embossed sentiment.

DTGD22diniA - Inspiration Photo - Desk Vignette

I loved the colors in the inspiration and used that to start this card. The base is a dictionary page that I added some blue and brown distress ink. Next, I rooted through my scrap drawers and found some cavern image papers that I cut out to add a bit of interest to the image.

I finished with the car image adding some brown around the layer and a few red gems.

DTGD22UnderstandblueA - Texture Plate Batik technique

For this card I used a graduation emboss folder, rubbed white crayon over it with the folder open then added red distress ink over the panel.

Once the panel was created, I layered on the white cardstock and finished with the die cut congratulations.

For this card I used green watercolor adding it to just the top and turned the panel up so the watercolor would run down the panel.

Once dry I added the die cut sentient and the graduates.
