Skateboard Birthday

WT1088 - Exercising

For this card, I used a wonderful retired stamp from Stampin’ Up that always reminds me of my brother and nephews, making it perfect for a masculine birthday design. I stamped the image once, then shifted the paper slightly and stamped again to create a sense of movement.

After trimming the layers, I added a small corner die cut for extra interest and finished the design with a birthday sentiment. Each layer is framed in black to give the card strong contrast and a clean, bold finish.

Thank you for stopping by to see my card today. Your thoughtful comments are always appreciated. If you leave a note, a visit to your blog will follow.

  6. A super image for a masculine card- a great layout and design- I love your colour choice for the papers too, not often you see pink on a male card but these bold shades really work. xx

  7. That is a great job of stamping and then stamping again it does give it the look of movement, like the small print on the papers!
