My card began with that majestic deer as the inspiration. I rediscovered this wonderful Tim Holtz deer die in my stash and cut it from several shades of tan cardstock, stacking the layers with dimensionals to give the form more depth. A black nose and eyes, along with a touch of white highlighting, bring the deer to life.
The deer sits atop the Concord & 9th tree stump stamp, which I enhanced with soft sponging to deepen the color and texture.
For the background, I chose a designer paper with a wispy, woodland feel that echoes the outdoor theme. The panel is framed with one of the same tan cardstocks used in the deer, tying the whole composition together.
The Happy Anniversary sentiment is popped up on dimensionals.

I just love this Nature inspired creation Lisa, from the muted tones of the backing DP, cleverly paper pieced to the Stag's scarf carrying the design, then the wood block base. He has a very gentle relaxed face, unlike those who peer across the garden at us from the Orchard, always looking so reticent.
