I was thrilled to see that TLC team featured one of the fun folds that I found. It really takes 5 minutes to get this fold and is great for a quick card with a bit of a fun fold. It is called Back Fold and can be found HERE.
For my card, I had this butterfly already stitched (from Spellbinders). I am trying to use up some DMC floss that is on the back of my craft chair and when I have a free moment, I stitch up a few things with it for some quick cards.
I die cut the ovals, created the fun fold and added the layers and the butterfly. The card was finished with the sentiment and a flower.

Such pretty thread to stitch the butterfly and pretty paper to go with them, I like the sweet little flower with sentiment to top it off!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...love love love that designer paper!! A back fold?!? I am gonna have to check that out. I struggle with fancy fold cards but this one looks easier and may just become my go to when challenges call for a fancy fold.
