For my card, I used this great die cut from Cherry Lynn Designs. I cut the layers and for the neck of the guitar I used birch bark. Once layered, I used a pin and added pin holes to string silver thread to add the strings. (This was very challenging but turned out amazing.)
I then layered it on a velum music paper, added a few music notes and popped the sentiment up on dimensionals.

Wow that looks so cool, I can't imagne adding that thread but it does give it a great look to have them, I like the music paper for the background!
