Valentine Bunny

WT1049 - Bunnies / Rabbits

USEIT2025 - Wood Heart

I pulled out this really adorable House Mouse image. It is perfect for a card of love. It is colored with copics then layered on a couple of coordinating red designer papers.

Once layered, I added this wood heart from my tote and popped the sentiment up on dimensionals.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today. I appreciate the lovely comments. If you leave me a comment, I can stop by your blog for a visit.

Scrappy Fathers Day

SC1058 - this week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com

For my card, I folded back the front panel of the card then added designer paper to the inside of the card. I then added several cardstock designer papers from my scrap drawer and added some bold black to highlight the layers.

The card was finished with some die cuts out of black card stock, the sentiment popped up on dimensionals, some sequins and gems and the tassel.

Card Kit for Sharon

MMTPT873 - Love Sharon to Pieces (card kit)

Our Teapot Tuesday challenge this week is a little different. One of our fellow crafters has recently undergone surgery and isn’t able to craft as much as she would like. To support her, we’re sending card kits that she can simply glue together whenever she feels up to it.

For my contribution, I die-cut some butterflies and stitched them using thread from the back of my craft chair (I’m trying to use it up!). Once assembled, I glued them together.

I also wanted to test my new foil machine in preparation for my son’s graduation card. Knowing that Sharon will understand receiving a few experimental pieces, I cut the test pieces down, glued them onto my card, and included them in her kit.

To inspire her, I’m sending along a sample card as well. However, she’s free to use the pieces as they are or combine them with contributions from other crafters—whatever works best for her when she’s ready to create again.

Thank you for stopping by to see my card today. I truly appreciate your kind comments. If you leave me a note, I’d love to visit your blog in return!

A Friend Is...

CAS842 - Friendship

For my card, I pulled out this really sweet image from Penny black and colored it up with copics. It is layered on brown to pick up some of the coloring in the image.

Birthday Cake

FS949 - this week's incredibly talented featured stamper is Charlene aka Houseofcards-AZ . I have been a fan of her incredible cards for a while now and had this in my favorites - INSPIRATION.

For my card, I changed the layout still using a box to highlight the layered cake and used a different cake die cut (Sizzix).

Once layered, I added several gems and popped the cake and sentiment up on dimensionals.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today. I appreciate the lovely comments. If you leave me a comment, I can stop by your blog for a visit.

Gnomie Mothers Day

IC1010 - Bon Ton Goods & Pinterest - INSPIRATION

F4A790 - all dressed up

For my card, I was inspired by the cute gnome. My aunt loves gnomes and I thought this girl gnome from Jaded Blossom would be perfect for a mother's day card for her. I cut the layers, added a floral base layer and finished with the mother's day sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Stitched Birthday

WT1048 - Cotton

For my card, I pulled out one of my favorite stitched die cuts from Spellbinders. I then used some cotton DMC floss that has been on the back of my craft chair for a few years. I am trying to use it up and this die cut is perfect for making some gorgeous cards with it. Once it was stitched, I added some green gems and the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.
