Magnolia Bloom

CAS889 - Think Spring

For this card, I pulled out a beautiful die from Memory Box and cut all the pieces from white cardstock. I sponged the flower, leaves, and stem with Distress Oxide inks to bring the image to life.

Once the flower was complete, I added soft pink sponging to the card base, stamped the birthday sentiment, and finished the design with several pink sequins for a gentle touch of sparkle.

Thank you for stopping by to see my card today. Your thoughtful comments are always appreciated. If you leave a note, a visit to your blog will follow.

  5. Absolutely gorgeous Lisa- the magnolia is stunning and such a beautiful design with delicate pink glow and sequins. The magnolia in my garden is just coming into bloom, I'm hoping we don't get any heavy rain or high winds until it's finished flowering this year.
