| FS981 - This week's very talented Featured Stamper whitetigers aka Michelle - INSPIRATION I was inspired by Michelle’s use of paper strips and decided to pull from my own stash of designer papers. I found a set of strips in one pack that worked perfectly for the card front. They are mounted on white with a black mat beneath. A black ribbon wraps across the panel, and the sentiment is stamped on an oval layer and popped up with dimensionals. To finish, a few scattered gems add sparkle and interest.
