| FS979 - This week's Featured Stamper is ValerieKaye - INSPIRATION For this card, I was inspired by the super cute boat and reached for the Prima Marketing boat stamp. I stamped the image and colored it with Copics, then added a Congratulations sentiment beneath it. To build the layout, I trimmed coordinating designer papers that echoed the colors used on the boat and popped the boat image up on dimensionals for added depth.
