For this card, I used a beautiful, patterned paper my husband picked up from Michaels and let it take center stage. To highlight the design, I brushed Wink of Stella over the butterflies for a touch of sparkle.
I finished the card with a birthday sentiment popped up on dimensionals to add depth. Tucked under the popped-up sentiment is gold thread to add just a bit more sparkle and interest to the card.

What a beautiful card and what a very thoughtful husband too! I love that you've used it to take a portion of the paper to make it your focal design...I never think to do this, so thank you for the inspiration!
