For my card, I pulled out this cute Hunkydory image and used an out of the box cut by snipping around his paws then using a circle die cut for the rest of the image.
The image is layered on a scalloped brown and then a couple of scrap layers are added to finish the layout.
The card was finished with the birthday sentiment popped up on dimensionals, a few scattered hearts and a ribbon.

that is just too adorable, I love the little paws coming out from the circle and over the burlap strip, so sweet with the hearts too!
