SC1049 - this week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com
For my card, I embossed the base layer using a birthday emboss folder. I then pulled out some old cards from my tote using numbers to add up to 21. I then die cut the 21 from gold shimmer paper and added a few punched hearts.
Finally, I printed the sentiment using my computer, die cut it with a banner die cut and popped it up on dimensionals.
Thank you for stopping by to check out my card today. I appreciate the lovely comments. If you leave me a comment, I can stop by your blog for a visit.

Fabulous design for a 21st birthday card, super embossed background to display your hand of cards (I like that they add up to 21- a clever touch) and the glittery hearts and numerals.

Hi there, your card is perfect for last month's Crafty Calendar Challenge, it's so clever and I love the sparkles! I'm sorry that I'm late with my commenting. Sarah - DT, Crafty Calendar Challenge.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone's comments. It's good to look at cards from a different perspective. Love the layout. Could use as retirement cards with year they started "1994," and number of years served "30" as big #. Year born in cards and age in numbers. Graduation year. What other events could we use this idea for?
