For my sweet treat, I used My Favorite Things die cut to create the tag and stitched a birthday cake with candles on the tag. I then added a bit of ribbon and a few scattered sequins and finished with the sentiment popped up on dimensionals.

Wow! This certainly would be a very special birthday card with all of that X stitching done on it! The background papers work very nicely with this as well!
