For my card, I used this adorable Penny Black image, colored it with copics then die cut it and popped it up on dimensionals.
I added a congratulations designer paper then finished with the sentiment a few die cut flowers and Nuvo Drops.

Oh my goodness is that ever just the most precious, love the mama and baby, Like the congrats background with it and topped off with the sweet Little flowers! Great coloring!
