Used some fun gingham DP and layered with a punched lace border and added a tag with congratulations. Finished off with two of the newest Green Duck embellishments, some pearls and ribbon. The Green Duck embellishments are popped up on dimensionals.

I never think to use tags on my cards........this looks great on the tag and I love the border punch you used.
