Washi Tape Birthday

 

WT1068 - Tape

For my card, I pulled out a bunch of washi tape that comes on a roll. I layered it on card stock trimming the edges once layered. It was then added to a black card stock and the birthday sentiment from Karen Burniston was popped up on dimensionals.

The card was finished with a few black gems.

For my card, I pulled out my trusty Hunkydory images, die cut the dog and layered it on some paw paper. The card was finished with the thank you sentiment.

This will be another pet donation card.

Birthday Butterfly

FS968 - this week's very talented featured stamper Eileen, known around here as stampinmomto4. I found this INSPIRATION.

I made a card rather than a bag and used this wonderful Nortic Fanfare Butterfly from Memory Box as the focal.

The layers were cut, added and then the card was finished with the birthday sentiment from Karen Burniston and a few scattered little butterflies.

I was inspired by the pattern in the rug and have this paper very similar to the pattern. I also used a designer paper that looks like a rug print for the base. The papers were layered, and the sentiment was popped up on dimensionals.

80th Birthday

 

WT1067 - World Senior Citizen's Day - celebrate the "joys" of aging in a card, or just use an aging technique to give your card an antique look

I created a card for a wonderful lady turning the big 80. For my card, I pulled out more of the handmade paper in my collection for the card base. I then die cut the flowers and 80 from a couple of Spellbinders collections. The 80 is stitched and popped up on dimensionals and the birthday sentiment is also popped up on dimensionals.
