Thinking of You

SC1044 - this week's sketch on splitcoaststampers.com

For my card, I had this really pretty die cut paper in my scrap drawer and I thought it was perfect for the sketch. I layered it on black, added the designer paper on black then added the sentiment and scattered a few pink pearls.

Birthday Kitty

CAS828 - Delight (something that bring you joy)

For me, my little yellow kitty always bring me joy. She does have some health issues but I will go above and beyond to do anything I can to help her stay healthy.

I cut this cute kitty die cut and added some yellow highlights to the white fur areas. A few of the pieces are popped up on dimensionals then I finished with a few pink pearls.

Feather Dress

FS935 - This week's very talented crafter is clee1953 aka Cheryl. I found this amazing vintage INSPIRATION.

I love how Cheryl created the fun dress and used that for my inspiration.

I created a red dress by first cutting the dress form out of black then die cutting the top of the dress out of red foam glitter.

Next, I cut the feathers down and hot glued them under the top of the dress. I then finished the dress with a red ribbon.

I layered it on a foiled heart card stock and added a heat embossed sentiment on a black die cut heart that was popped up on dimensionals.

Finally, I finished the dress with a few red pearls to create the necklace.

Valentine Heart

IC996 - Lifestyle for Real Life - INSPIRATION

For my card, I used this great designer paper that looks like the watercolor hearts. I added the valentine's sentiment and then I used this great die cut from Waffle Flower.

The heart comes out of the hands and there is a sweet sentiment inside the heart.

I then added the Pink & Main bow die to the top of the heart to look like a box of chocolates.

The hands have a bit of sponging on the edge and then I finished with a few gems.

WT1034 - Cat's Meow

USEIT2026 - Cat

I needed to use up this cute die cut cat from my tote. My tote while items are still being used, is still not empty. Alas it is still my goal to empty it.

I used this cute fish paper, added the fun sentiment and added a few scattered pearls.
