WT647 - You're a Shoe In

This wonderful shoe came from my sweet SCS friend Tonda Baldwin. She knows how much I love shoes. Thank you Sweet Tonda!!!

Die cut the heart and embossed it, used a lace die cut for the white and added gems. Finished off with a ribbon that matched the color in the shoe and popped the shoe up on dimensionals.

Birthday Boot

IC602 challenge - The amazing Washi Arts Blog - oh the inspiration. I found this wonderful Paper. Audrie you are right I want to grab all my patterned papers and play after visiting this site.

I found this DP with a similar pattern in black and white. This boot also had a similar pattern in the boot and I thought it would look great paired with the paper. To get it to pop I put it on a white CS then added texture on the white CS. Finished off with ribbon, gems and sentiment.

This super boot image is a gift from my sweet SCS friend Tonda Baldwin. Thank you so much Tonda for this boot image, I LOVE it! :)

If the Shoe Fits

I just love shoes and if this were a real shoe it just might be in my collection. Going through my grandma's stash of craft supplies I came across this orange ribbon (100 yards of it). When creating this card putting orange, purple and green together was perfect for a Halloween themed card and that ribbon was perfect because it has a netting similar to the fun shoe.

Steampunk Boots

As crafters it can get very costly to create some of our creations. When we use foil from our kitchen we can use it to pool inks and sprays and other fun crafty supplies. Don't toss that foil, it can be used on a card and you can get some great backgrounds. This was a saved piece of foil and I ran it through the gear emboss folder then added additional red and grey to get the gears to come to life.

Copics used: C0, C1, C3, E00, E13, E15, E21, E35 and Y06.

Giggles!!! I really love how this card turned out and if I saw these boots in a store I might just have to buy them. :)

Copics Used: C1, E13, E35, E37 and E51.

We hope you come join the fun on our challenge!

Shoe Girl Made a Shoe Card

I was the hostess for the SCS Teapot challenge 2/23/16.

Stamped the shoe using blue on the back of the shoe and brown on the center and front. Die cut it in a shoe shape. Colored the toe taupe the center ivory and the back blue leaving the marker strokes showing to give a suede feel to the shoe. I then stamped the flowers a second time and colored them with copics and added stickles.

Here are the copics that I used:
R59, R29, R27, RV21, YG17, YG13, YG11, E44, E43, E41, E40, C8, C5, C3, N3, B34, B32, 110.

I sure hope the teacup pup likes these shoes because these are one of my all time favorite to wear. Come play with us. I would love to see your shoe cards. :)

Thank you for looking!
