Eggs Anyone?

I really enjoyed the white on white card I did recently so when I saw the inspiration challenge this week on SCS and found a white on white egg inspiration I just had to make this card. I had not planned on making any cards this week so I could get my cards ready for the upcoming VSN challenges but I had to make this card.
I die cut the card shape as an egg, then die cut a second layer and embossed. Used a Martha Stewart lace boarder, added lace on the bottom of the egg. Then die cut the leaves and used the new Heartfelt Creations flowers from their super cute new Winking Frogs Set. Finished off those cute flowers with some gems for some fun sparkle.

Fall in Love

I used the Raspberry as the main focus and then added the yellow on some of the leaves. Turned the layout and stamped and colored my image. I also stamped a large BG stamp on the CS to give it a fun design. Added the rope and my sentiment to the bottom and added some liquid pearls.

Out of this World Birthday

This week on SCS WTUI challenge we are doing Celestial cards.  I just love playing in alcohol inks to see what colors create when mixed.

I used a glossy white and dropped gold and purple alcohol ink on the paper and then added drops of blending solution and dried with my heat gun. I continued adding bits of the colors and solution until I liked the BG and it looked like the night sky. I then stamped the 4 images with versamark and used silver emboss powder. Then I cut them up and mounted. Added additional punched stars on dimensionals and stamped the sentiment.

Happy Birthday

I added several flowers from Heartfelt Creations with layering to my card. Used a fun die cut for the center of my card that had squares cut around the boarder. I also did a hinge edge for another fun added element from Spellbinders.  Finished off with some pearls and the Happy birthday that was die cut 3 times to get the layer and some of my famous left over white flower scraps that I punch out of pieces of left over white scraps.

Teapot

I really loved the sketch this week and used it for the layout for this card. I used ribbon in place of the paper strip and used a doily for the circle and fun die cut for the larger square.

I distressed the edge and added some distress ink to the edge of the teapot. For the steam I did a quick quilling. Finished off with a bow and flowers and added stickles to the flowers.

ExSqueeze Me Kitty

This little guy just loves his kitty so much he squeezes her so tight and with love. Secretly when I am holding my kitties this is me on the inside - Giggles!!! I just love my girls.

I colored them with copics then drew in the ground with the copics and added stickles to the bottle. Layered on a teal then used some left over DP that matched the teal layer and cut some fun flags for the top. Added dash lines and the bakers twine matched perfectly with the dash lines. The heart is left over white paper (because I love looking for ways to use scraps) I colored it with copics and added some stickles to it popping it on dimensionals.

Copics used: R20, N3, BG45, BG32, B18, B14, B12, B00, E39, E37, E35, E33, E31, E11, E00, Y21, Y17,  & Y11

Christmas Wreath

Used a green CS, then a white CS and ran it through EF. I have seen several of Sabrina's (Cook22) cards outlined with gold and love them so I outlined this with a gold pen. Mounted the wreath I added gold liquid pearls and the gem on the ribbon. Mounted the decorative SB die and the sentiment is cut out of glitter paper.

Birthday Train

I stamped a different train on black rather than on white and framed it with white and black. I did the banner across the whole bottom and also heat embossed it in white like the train. I embossed the gears on the grey and then lightly added some black over the gears. Finished off with some sparkly die cut gears.
